I am Chris Lawrence, the Broker / Owner of Trillionaire Realty. We are a real estate company that list foreclosure properties for sale for our bank clients. We operate in 32 states and 40 markets in the USA. I have been licensed since 2000 & we have sold over 1,300 foreclosure properties over past 16 years.

Job Description:

Utilities
Turning on / off utilities at the properties we manage.

Portal Task
Completing various task in our clients portals.

MLS
Entering property listings into the MLS.

HOA/TAX
HOA / Tax Obtaining HOA and tax payoffs

Bids
Obtaining bids such as cleaning the property or mowing the lawn.

Offers
Submitting offers to purchase the property to our clients.

Contract Packages
Reviewing the contract package once an offer is accepted.

Remember, We will train you for this position. Most of the people currently working for our company did not have any real estate experience prior to joining our team but they are diligent and had a strong desire to learn.
